The director of Holdings GP is Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. ("Oaktree"). The general partner of Oaktree is Oaktree Holdings, Inc. ("Holdings Inc."). The sole shareholder of Holdings Inc. is Oaktree Capital Group, LLC ("OCG"). The duly appointed manager of OCG is Oaktree Capital Group Holdings GP, LLC ("OCGH GP"). OCGH GP is governed by its members.
