- [F1]On March 18, 2020, AB Private Credit Investors Corporation (the "Company") delivered a capital call notice to investors that have committed to purchase shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.01 per share (the "Common Stock"). Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Sebastian is obligated to make a capital contribution of $20,000 on or around April 1, 2020 to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue Common Stock to Mr. Sebastian, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of Common Stock that will be issued to Mr. Sebastian in respect of this $20,000 capital contribution is unknown. Mr. Sebastian will amend this Form 4 once the number of Common Stock has been determined.
