("BMGP"), BlueMountain Credit Opportunities Master Fund I L.P. ("BMCO"), BlueMountain Strategic Credit Master Fund L.P. ("BMSC") and BlueMountain Montenvers Master Fund SCA SICAV-SIF ("BMM" and, together with BMCA, BMGP, BMCO and BMSC, the "Funds"), which are the direct beneficial owners of 0 shares of Common Stock in the aggregate. BMCM, although it directs the voting and disposition of the Common Stock held by the Funds, only receives an asset-based fee relating to the Common Stock held by the Funds.
- [F3]On January 31, 2019, BMCA, BMGP, BMCO, BMSC and BMM sold 8,339, 1,865, 8,339, 3,119 and 8,338 shares of Common Stock, respectively, for $11.52 per share, 5,559, 1,243, 5,559, 2,080 and 5,559 shares of Common Stock, respectively, for $11.55 per share, and 7,021, 1,570, 7,021, 2,627 and 7,022 shares of Common Stock, respectively, for $11.45 per share.
