The sole shareholder of Champion River is Prime Tech Global Limited ("Prime Tech"), the sole shareholder of Prime Tech is Mayspin Management Limited ("Mayspin"), and the sole shareholder of Mayspin is Li Ka Shing ("Li Ka Shing").
