- [F1]Complete Title of Security: 8.00% Resettable Fixed Rate Preference Shares, Series B, $0.10 par value, $25.00 liquidation preference per share (the "Series B Preference Shares"). Dividends on the Series B Preference Shares are cumulative and payable quarterly in arrears at a rate of 8.0%. The Series B Preference Shares have no voting rights unless dividends have not been paid for six dividend periods, whether or not consecutive, in which case the holders of the Series B Preference Shares will have the right to elect two directors of the Issuer.
