On September 12, 2012, Exterra Energy, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Registrant”), filed its monthly operating report for the period from August 1, 2012 through August 31, 2012 (the “Report”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division (the “Court”).

The Report is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
