The remaining 77,949 shares of Class B Common Stock held by the Trust, which had been also reported as indirectly owned by the reporting person, were transferred to Ms. Merle Fabian, a director of Bowl America, Inc. Ms. Fabian was a designated beneficiary and co-trustee of the Trust.
