In addition, on October 6, 2023, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Mark is obligated to make a capital contribution of $18,750 on October 16, 2023 out of his $250,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Stock to Mr. Mark, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of Common Stock that will be issued to Mr. Mark in respect of his $18,750 capital contribution is unknown. Mr. Mark will amend this Form 4 once the number of shares of Common Stock has been determined.
