Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Evans is obligated to make a capital contribution of $18,750 on August 14, 2023 out of his $250,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Stock to Mr. Evans, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
