In addition, on October 7, 2022, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Evans is obligated to make a capital contribution of $25,000 on October 14, 2022 out of his $250,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Stock to Mr. Evans, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
