In addition, on October 7, 2022, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Dill Barkley is obligated to make a capital contribution of $25,000 on October 14, 2022 out of her $250,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Stock to Ms. Dill Barkley, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of Common Stock that will be issued to Ms. Dill Barkley in respect of her $25,000 capital contribution is unknown.
