Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Leach is obligated to make a capital contribution of $18,750 on September 14, 2022 out of his $250,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Stock to Mr. Leach, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of Common Stock that will be issued to Mr. Leach in respect of his $18,750 capital contribution is unknown.
