In addition, on March 4, 2022, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of Common Stock. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Grooms is obligated to make a capital contribution of $37,500 on March 11, 2022 out of her $250,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of Common Stock to Ms. Grooms, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of Common Stock that will be issued to Ms. Grooms in respect of her $37,500 capital contribution is unknown. Ms. Grooms will amend this Form 4 once the number of shares of Common Units has been determined.
