In addition, on June 21, 2021, the Company issued a capital call notice to its investors that have committed to purchase Common Units. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Mastropaolo is obligated to make a capital contribution of $2,625 on June 28, 2021 out of his $35,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue approximately 27.13 Common Units to Mr. Mastropaolo, provided such capital contribution is funded timely.
