In addition, on February 7, 2020, the Company issued a capital call notice to its holders of common stock. Pursuant to such capital call notice, Mr. Lamm is obligated to make a capital contribution of $3,000 on February 14, 2020 out of his $50,000 aggregate capital commitment to the Company, and the Company is obligated to issue shares of common stock to Mr. Lamm, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of additional shares of common stock that will be issued to Mr. Lamm in respect of this $3,000 capital contribution is unknown. Mr. Lamm will amend this Form 4 once the number of shares of common stock has been determined.
