("MBO-VI"). MBO-VI sold 3,699,506 shares of Common Stock in the public offering and beneficially owned no shares immediately after the closing of the public offering. Mr. Lister is also a general partner of FLC XXX Partnership, L.P., which is the general partner of Forstmann Little & Co. Equity Partnership-V, L.P. ("Equity-V"). Equity-V sold 5,617,769 shares of Common Stock in the public offering and beneficially owned no shares immediately after the closing of the public offering.
