Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Swiss Helvetia Fund, Inc. (the “Fund”) will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on September 14, 2022. Attached are the presentation slides that the Fund’s investment adviser, Schroder Investment Management North America Inc., intends to present at the Annual Meeting, a copy of which also will be available on the Fund’s website (www.swzfund.com). The Fund is furnishing the information in this Current Report on Form 8-K and in Exhibit 99.1 to comply with Regulation FD.
