Item 8.01	Other Events.
	On July 16, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on September 5, 2025, to the stockholders of record on August 15, 2025. A copy of the press release announcing the dividend declaration is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
