Effective as of June 1, 2007, Ronald Idom resigned as the Engineering Manager, and as a member of the Office of the President, of Maverick Oil and Gas, Inc. (the "Company"). The remaining members of the Office of the President consist of Stephen M. Cohen, Chief Executive Officer and John Ruddy, Chief Financial Officer.
