ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 26, 2026 – U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (“USPH” or the “Company”) (NYSE, NYSE Texas: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services, hosted a conference call and webcast to discuss its results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025. The transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
