Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 13, 2015, American Media, Inc. (the "Registrant") announced that it will hold a conference call at 3:30 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on November 17, 2015 to discuss its financial results for the three and six month periods ended September 30, 2015. A copy of the press release announcing the Registrant's conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The Registrant filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 16, 2015.
