On February 25, 2026, Dorman Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast on February 26, 2026 (see information in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 under “Conference Call and Webcast”).
