On October 27, 2025, Dorman Products, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating results for the third fiscal quarter ended September 27, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein. The Company will hold a conference call and webcast on October 28, 2025 (see information in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 under “Conference Call and Webcast”).
