On November 22, 2016, Associated Materials, LLC (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, AMH New Finance, Inc., issued a press release announcing the preliminary results for its previously announced debt tender offer to purchase for cash any and all of their outstanding 9.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2017. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference into this Current Report on Form 8-K.
