Kissel to serve as President of the Company. Also effective August 27~~23, ~~2012, the Management Committee accepted the resignation of Ray M~~2015. ~~Miller from his position as President of the Company. Mr. Miller will remain as a vice president of the Company.~~

For the past five years, Mark A. Kissel has been President of the West Region Gas Pipelines for Kinder Morgan. Mr. Kissel has been with Kinder Morgan since 1982 and has held various management positions within the company. He holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.2
