Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation

On November 14, 2016, the Company executed an Amended and Restated Loan Agreement increasing its credit limit to $750,000 from $500,000 with the Anderson Family Trust, an entity controlled by Mr. Donald Anderson, a former director and longtime supporter of the Company.
