Item 8.01			Other Events.

On November 11, 2025, SIFCO Industries, Inc. (the "Company") completed the ratification of a collective bargaining agreement by the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, which is the union representing one of the bargaining units at the Company's Cleveland, Ohio location.
