Item 8.01 Other Events

On November 20, 2025, Patrick Industries, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that on November 19, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") authorized an increase in the amount of its quarterly cash dividend on its common stock to $0.47 per share from $0.40 per share. The dividend will be payable on December 15, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2025. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
