On October 15, 2025, Capital Southwest Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary estimates of its financial condition and results of operations for its fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025, as well as other information. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
